Palle Kierulf (Denmark 1917-1987) studied at the Technical School in Frederiksberg at Bizzie Høyer, then at the Academy of Arts in Copenhagen. He travelled to Holland, Belgium, France, Italy (in 1938) and Norway (in 1948). He exhibited extensively throughout Scandinavia in the mid 1930's through the 1960's. His father was the well-known Danish painter Frode Kierulf.
