A set of 13 matching Japanese Imari porcelain plates with a scalloped, radially-paneled rim, painted in underglaze blue with iron-red and gilt floral medallions. The reverse carries a six-character apocryphal Chenghua reign mark, commonly found on Japanese export porcelain of this type. Each plate is nine inches in diameter.
