A gentleman dressed in red waistcoat and jacket bearing medal.
Inscribed on verso ”G.A. Traeger pinxit Naumburg 1832”. In the background on the front the inscription translates as “in life’s 50th year”.
Sight: 14 ½ inches wide by 17 ½ inches tall
Frame: 18 inches wide by 21 ½ inches tall
Good condition overall. Surface has been cleaned. Showing small losses mostly around edge under frame rabbit. Frame has losses.
