Framed steel engraved print titled “Tombs of the Kings of Golconda” from The Indian Empire by Robert Mongomery Martin. Published in London in 1844 by The London Printing and Publishing Company. Engraved by T. Higham after and with permission from Captain Grindlay.

The image depicts the Mughal style tombs of the Qutb Shahi sultans who ruled Golconda in the 16th and 17th centuries.  

Embellished with rare hand-coloring, the print is clean with faint browning and in excellent condition. The frame condition is good with some minor scratches. The matting is clean with no signs of discoloration.
