A Chippendale walnut chest of drawers, Philadelphia, 1765-1780.

Rectangular top above a conforming case with four graduated drawers, flanked by fluted quarter columns, over a molded base, on ogee bracket feet. Dust boards typical of Pennsylvania cabinetmakers, with poplar and pine secondary woods. Brasses replaced.
