Wonderfully distressed Persian Heriz rug, circa the 1920s. Measuring 8 feet and 11 inches by 11 feet and 8 inches. Distressing nicely distributed and concentrated at perimeter of medallion. Variable selvedge wools are nice detail. Repaired section on edge is pictured with loose ends. Light spots show in cream sections.
